Advisory session · $495
An hour with someone who has done this before
The free tool gives you a number. This gives you the judgement around it: whether the number is achievable, who would actually pay it, and what to do in the next two quarters. $495, credited in full against our fee if you go on to engage us.
What the hour covers
- Sixty minutes with a senior advisorNot an associate, and not a sales call with a pitch at the end.
- A valuation range you can defendBuilt from your own numbers, with the reasoning written out.
- The realistic buyer or investor landscapeWho transacts at your size in your sector, and what each type pays for.
- A straight read on timingIncluding when the answer is that you are better off waiting two quarters.
- A written summary afterwardsWhat we discussed, what we would do next, and in what order.
What it is not
- ·A formal valuation certificate, fairness opinion or 409A
- ·Legal, tax or investment advice
- ·Any obligation to engage us for anything
Why it is not free. A paid hour is a real hour: prepared for, and with a written summary afterwards. It also means the advisor is working for you rather than qualifying you. If you engage us, the fee comes straight off the engagement.
Not ready to pay for an hour? Run the free valuation first, or send us a question. Both are free and neither puts you in a sequence.
